Terms as a condition of participating in the above event:

I acknowledge and fully understand that participating in this basketball tournament involves physical activity that carries the risk of serious injury, including but not limited to sprains, fractures, concussions, or even death. I voluntarily assume all such risks and accept full responsibility for my own participation and well-being.

I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless the Hardwood League, its directors, officers, staff, referees, sponsors, volunteers, and all affiliated entities from any and all liability for injury, loss, or damage to person or property, including personal injury, disability, death, or financial loss, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, that may occur as a result of my participation in this event.

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless all parties listed above from any claim, lawsuit, or liability brought by myself or any third party arising out of my actions, conduct, or injuries during the event. This includes any damage I may cause to equipment, facilities, or other participants.

I authorize any licensed physician, emergency medical technician, hospital, or other medical provider to treat me if I become injured or ill during the tournament. I understand that I am solely responsible for all related medical expenses.

I agree to follow all rules, respect all officials and staff, and maintain sportsmanlike behavior. I understand that fighting, abusive language, and unsportsmanlike conduct may result in my immediate disqualification and ejection, with no refund.

I grant permission to the Hardwood League to use photos or video of me taken during the event for promotional or marketing purposes, without compensation.
